Mwili wa Mwanadamu Hufanya Kazi Kama Mfumo Kamili na Unapenda Kufunzwa Hivyo
Mark Rippetoe: "The human body functions as a complete system...and it likes to be trained that way.”

KISWAHILI
ENGLISH TRANSLATION
"The reason that isolated body part training on machines doesn't work is the same reason that barbells work so well, better than any other tools we can use to gain strength. The human body functions as a complete system--it works that way, and it likes to be trained that way.”
- Mark Rippetoe, strength training coach, author, former American powerlifter.
KISWAHILI: Asante na tutaonana tena,

Another metaphor. Societies need to function as complete systems, not certain parts that function on their own or better than other parts. Societies that are "trained that way" tend to be a bit more egalitarian (and perhaps function better?). Hmm...
